There was a small post on Blender Nation this morning about a new blog that should interest the new artist. The post is about a new video series that takes you through the basic steps of some simple drawing techniques.
Mark Chong goes through some simple drawing techniques and using some video skills gives us a good resource to get us all started on the basics of Drawing. Through the videos he is using Autodesks Sketchbook Application, but you could easily use the same principles on pen and paper or another sketch book type application.
